Cancellation Policy
All deposits go towards your end total of your appointment at the end of your service. If your appointment is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled your deposit will not go towards a future appointment. 48 hour notices are required for rescheduling appointments. If a cancellation occurs with less than a 48 hour notice, 50% of the appointment will be charged. All no shows and day of cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment amounts.
