We request that you give a notice no later than 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment in the event that you cannot make it. If the client misses an appointment without contacting us, it is considered a missed or a no-show appointment. Additionally, if a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it will also be considered as a no-show, and that appointment will be rescheduled. For any no-show, there will be a charge of the full amount of the scheduled appointment. Subsequently, until the no-show fee is paid we will not reschedule you. Also, if your card on file is declined while applying the no-show fee, all appointments scheduled will then be removed off of our schedule until your fees are paid.
